We pour everything into building safely with AI: security, privacy, compliance. All technical, all necessary. And in this rush we neglect the one thing that sits at the heart of why we build anything at all: the people using it. This talk starts where good AI should start, with the human perspective, and shows how to make what AI builds faster and better instead of just faster.

Koen de Greef is Head of Design Services at FIDDS, working at the intersection of design and AI. He helps organisations bring a human perspective to designing with and for AI, with AI Design Systems as one of the tools. Before FIDDS he was a design strategist at NS (Dutch Railways), focused on accessibility and design strategy.
